The Karin Clinic laboratory technician, Simon has been struggling with an old refurbished microscope. This makes certain diagnoses more difficult. He needs a new one. The microscope enables the ability to more efficiently diagnose malaria as well as other infectious diseases.
The current microscope is old and worn out. No longer providing the accurate test results. Many times the clinicians and nurses are unable to provide treatment because we do not have a microscope. Patients are sent away to another clinic and many miles away. This discourages patients and many are not able to travel far away.
We are therefore urgently looking for 3000$ to help us purchase a new Microscope to help us achieve our goal of providing quality health care to our community.
