Dung Cakes, made from the by-products of animal husbandry, are traditionally used as fuel in India for making food. Mr. Sen in the picture is demonstrating the process of how to make dung cakes using cow dung in Gulu.
This project will help give a cheap alternative source of energy to the local community that is good for the environment.
