Mrs. Rufina Barigo

Executive Member Mrs. Rufina Oloa Barigo, with her background in community development and
administration, has been instrumental in the committee's operations. Drawing from her experiences
with organizations like UNICEF and ILO, Mrs. Oloa now dedicates her time to consultancy work for
the ILO agency and is a passionate supporter of the Christian Mothers Union.
